4 Days / 3 Nights from Abu Simbel to Aswan

Day 1: Arrival of Abu Simbel

Welcome to Abu Simbel: Check in on your Lake Cruise at noon, have lunch and visit the famous Temple of Abu Simbel, the Temple of Ramses II, a large temple built in the New Kingdom; this temple was dedicated to the worship of four gods, Ptah, Amun Ra, and Ra Hor Akhti and Ramses II himself As a deity, then visit the small temple of his wife Nefertari, and return to your cruise. In the evening (optional sound and light show in Abu Simbel). Dinner and overnight in Abu Simbel.

Meals: lunch, dinner.

Day 2: Qasr Ibrim and Amada & Wadi Al-Sabwa

Sail to Kasr Ibrim. Breakfast on board and a panorama visit to Qasr Ibrim Castle (external), transfer to Amada during lunch, visit Amada temples, return and continue sailing towards Wadi Al-Sabwa, light show (Sabwa Valley). Dinner and overnight in Wadi Al-Sabwa.

Day 3: Wadi Al-Sibwa Temple and Al-Daqqa & Aswan

After breakfast, enjoy a day tour to visit the Wadi Sebwa Temple; the temple was built during the reign of Ramses II to celebrate his victory in Kush. The Arabic name "Wadi Al-Sabwa" translates to "Valley of the Lions", then visit the temple of Dakka. After visits return to cruise and sail to Aswan, dinner, and Nubian show. Overnight in Aswan.

Day 4: Kalabsha Temple and Beit Al-Wali - Final Departure

Have breakfast and set out from Your Lake Cruise, then visit Kalabsha Temple and visit Beit El Wali (one of the famous temples of Ramses II). After the visit, go to Aswan airport or train station for departure.

Day 1: Arrival in Aswan

Welcome to Aswan: Check-in at 12 noon, lunch, and free day. Dinner and Nubian show.

Overnight in Aswan.

Day 2: Kalabsha Temple, Beit Al-Wali and Wadi Al-Sabwa

Breakfast and transfer to visit Kalabsha Temple, visit the ruler’s house (one of the famous temples of Ramses II), have lunch on board the ship, and then sail to Wadi Al-Sabwa. Dinner and overnight in Wadi Al-Sabwa.

Day 3: Wadi Al-Sabwa, Al-Daqqa, and Imadah

Breakfast and visit the Wadi Sebwa temple, the temple was built during the reign of Ramses II to celebrate his victory in Kush. The Arabic name "Wadi Al-Sabwa" translates to "Valley of the Lions", then visit the city of Al-Daqqa. After the visit back to the lunch and sailing cruise to Amada, visit the Amada temples. Dinner and overnight at Amada.

Day 4: Qasr Ibrim and Abu Simbel Temple

Breakfast and slumber at Qasr Ibrim, then visit the panorama of Qasr Ibrim (outside), sail to Abu Simbel during lunch, then visit the famous Abu Simbel temple and the Temple of Ramses II, a large temple built in the New Kingdom, this temple is dedicated to the worship of four gods, Ptah Amun-Ra and Ra-Hur my sister and Ramses II himself as a god, then visit the small temple of his wife Nefertari and return to your cruise. In the evening (optional tour of the sound and light show in Abu Simbel). Dinner and overnight in Abu Simbel.

Day 5: disembarkation and final departure

Breakfast and cruise check-out, then transfer to Abu Simbel Airport for departure.

Children Policy

  • Age from 0 Up to below 2 years: FREE
  • Age from 2 Up to below 6 years: 25% of adult price
  • Age from 6 Up to below 11.99 years: 50% of adult price
  • Ages from 12 years = Adult price

Notes:

Children policy is applied to children who share rooms with their parents (Maximum 1 Child sharing parent’s room)

If your tour includes airfare, additional charges for your children may apply.

Booking & Payment

Reservations:

Should be made as early as possible to book the desired holiday. Space on a given tour will be secured upon receipt of a deposit of 30% of the full price. ( Deposit will be 50% during the Christmas and New Year holidays and on packages including airfare.) This deposit counts as part of your final payment to confirm your reservation.

Payment:

We accept a deposit as low as 30% of the total tour price and the rest can be paid in equal installments until the date of arrival or you can pay the rest in cash upon arrival.

Confirmation:

The customer will receive a confirmation email from the Site. The confirmed reservation form corresponds to the travel contract and includes the description of the service and its essential characteristics, as well as the price and cancellation policy.

Tour Voucher:

After your Tour is confirmed we will email the final confirmation and voucher to print and bring with you. Details will include contact numbers of your tour operator and customer care and additional information for your convenience.

Cancellation Policy

We offer a very flexible cancellation policy, in case the government or the airline issues a travel warning from/to your country of departure and your destination. We are showing the flexibility not to charge any cancellation fees & we will pay a full refund.

Here, we prioritize your well-being and safety above all else and for that reason, our cancellation policy reflects our values.

For any cancellation, you must write a handwritten and signed and send it by email.

Cancellation by the customer:

In case you cancel your trip, the following scale of charges will be applied:

  • From the date of booking until 45 days before your arrival date, 20% of the entire tour price will be charged.
  • Between 44 and 35 days before your arrival date, 30% of the entire tour price will be charged.
  • Between 34 and 25 days before your arrival date, 50% of the entire tour price will be charged.
  • Between 24 and 15 days before your arrival date,75% of the entire tour price will be charged
  • Between 14 and 9 days before your arrival date, 90% of the entire tour price will be charged.
  • Between 8 and 1day before your arrival date, 100% of the entire tour price will be charged.

Additionally, there are cancellation fees on all domestic flights within Egypt. If you cancel a tour at any time, you will be subject to any fees according to the airline’s cancellation policy.

The price varies depending on the number of persons as shown in the price table including service fees and taxes.

Price quotes are in US dollars per person per night and are valid until December 31st, Except (for Christmas, New Year’s, and Easter holidays ).

Excursions

All our tours are private tours or group tours.

  • For private tours, they have a private tour guide and private air-conditioned cars, and you have the convenience of starting your tours.
  • As for group tours, our groups include a maximum of 12 participants only during visits in private air-conditioned cars with private guides.

  • For basis 2 persons in Double Room ( Occupied by 2 Persons ) For basis 2/4/6/8/10.
  • For basis 3 persons in Triple Room (Occupied by 3 Persons).
  • For basis 5 Personnes will be Double Room & Triple Room For Basis 5/7/9.

Entrance fees to specific sites

Our Tours and excursions exclude entry to particular archaeological sites such as the Tomb of Tutankhamun and Ramses in the Valley of the Kings in Luxor.
