Day 1: Arrival:

Welcome to Egypt. Upon arrival at Cairo Airport, you will be met by our representative and transferred by private vehicle to your hotel

Overnight in Cairo.

Day 2: Cairo – Egyptian Museum & Great Pyramids:

After breakfast at the hotel, you will leave with our expert guide in a private car.

You will start your trip by visiting the pyramids of Khufu, Khafre, and Menkaure, one of the seven ancient wonders of the world, and the Great Sphinx of Giza, which dates back to the time of Khafre (2620 BC). You will have the opportunity to take some great photos of panoramic views of the legendary Pyramids of Giza.

After that, you will enjoy visiting the Egyptian Museum, the world's most crucial repository of Egyptian antiquities. It contains the most extensive collection of pharaonic antiquities where you can feel the magic of the history of ancient Egypt.

After completing the tour, you will return to the hotel overnight in Cairo.

Day 3: Nile Cruise – Luxor East Bank:

After breakfast at the hotel, you will depart by private car to Cairo Airport to catch your domestic flight to Luxor.

Upon arrival, our guide will meet you at the airport. You will be transferred by private car.

Your experience in Upper Egypt will begin with a visit to the world's largest open-air museum on the East Bank by visiting Karnak Temple and Luxor Temple to admire the impressive courtyard and granite statues of Ramesses II.

After completing the tour, you will be transferred to your cruise.

Day 4: Nile Cruise – Luxor West Bank:

After breakfast on a cruise, you will leave by private car to the West Bank to visit the Valley of the Kings and Queens, the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, and the Colossi of Memnon.

After completing the tour, you will be transferred to your cruise.

Optional:

  • Hot Air Balloon - Drift over the Valley of the Kings.

Day 5: Nile Cruise – Edfu:

After breakfast, you will meet our guide, and he will leave you on a private tour.

You will start your trip by visiting the Temple of Horus in Edfu. Afterward, you will return to the cruise to enjoy lunch while sailing back to Kom Ombo to visit the temple used by the gods Sobek and Harris.

In the evening, you will enjoy a local event on a cruise called the Jalabiya party.

The cruise will sail to Luxor.

Day 6: Nile Cruise - Aswan:

After breakfast, you will meet our guide, and he will leave you on a private tour.

Day 7: Aswan - Cairo:

After your breakfast, you will leave by private car to Aswan Airport to catch your domestic flight to Cairo.

Day 8: Alexandria Tour:

After finishing your breakfast, you will leave for a trip to Alexandria with our guide by private car.

You will see and admire the majestic Pompeii Pillar Monument; It was founded in honor of Emperor Diocletian.

Continue to Quitbay Castle, built on the same spot as the ancient lighthouse of Alexandria.

Then you will visit the Catacombs of Kom El Shoqafa, which is the largest Roman necropolis consisting of 3 levels excavated in an underground rock tunnel that shows the fusion of Roman and Egyptian art.

After that you will visit the famous Library of Alexandria and the gardens of the Montazah Palace of King Farouk. You will have the opportunity to take some amazing and unique photos in Alexandria.

After completing the tour, you will go to the hotel and overnight Alexandria.

Note: The Bibliotheca Alexandrina is closed on Fridays and public holidays.

After breakfast, you will leave with our guide in a private car for your return trip to Cairo..

Upon your arrival, you will start your trip by visiting the Citadel of Salah El Din and the Mosque of Muhammad Ali.

After that you will go to lunch

Then you will visit the site of the Hanging Church in Old Cairo, the Church of Abu Serga and the Ben Ezra Synagogue.

After completing the tour, you will return to the hotel.

Price Policy

Children Policy

  • Age from 0 Up to below 2 years: FREE
  • Age from 2 Up to below 6 years: 25% of adult price
  • Age from 6 Up to below 11.99 years: 50% of adult price
  • Ages from 12 years = Adult price

Notes:

Children policy is applied to children who share rooms with their parents (Maximum 1 Child sharing parent’s room)

If your tour includes airfare, additional charges for your children may apply.

Booking & Payment

Reservations:

Should be made as early as possible to book the desired holiday. Space on a given tour will be secured upon receipt of a deposit of 30% of the full price. ( Deposit will be 50% during the Christmas and New Year holidays and on packages including airfare.) This deposit counts as part of your final payment to confirm your reservation.

Payment:

We accept a deposit as low as 30% of the total tour price and the rest can be paid in equal installments until the date of arrival or you can pay the rest in cash upon arrival.

Confirmation:

The customer will receive a confirmation email from the Site. The confirmed reservation form corresponds to the travel contract and includes the description of the service and its essential characteristics, as well as the price and cancellation policy.

Tour Voucher:

After your Tour is confirmed we will email the final confirmation and voucher to print and bring with you. Details will include contact numbers of your tour operator and customer care and additional information for your convenience.

Cancellation Policy

We offer a very flexible cancellation policy, in case the government or the airline issues a travel warning from/to your country of departure and your destination. We are showing the flexibility not to charge any cancellation fees & we will pay a full refund.

Here, we prioritize your well-being and safety above all else and for that reason, our cancellation policy reflects our values.

For any cancellation, you must write a handwritten and signed and send it by email.

Cancellation by the customer:

In case you cancel your trip, the following scale of charges will be applied:

  • From the date of booking until 45 days before your arrival date, 20% of the entire tour price will be charged.
  • Between 44 and 35 days before your arrival date, 30% of the entire tour price will be charged.
  • Between 34 and 25 days before your arrival date, 50% of the entire tour price will be charged.
  • Between 24 and 15 days before your arrival date,75% of the entire tour price will be charged
  • Between 14 and 9 days before your arrival date, 90% of the entire tour price will be charged.
  • Between 8 and 1day before your arrival date, 100% of the entire tour price will be charged.

Additionally, there are cancellation fees on all domestic flights within Egypt. If you cancel a tour at any time, you will be subject to any fees according to the airline’s cancellation policy.

Prices

The price varies depending on the number of persons as shown in the price table including service fees and taxes.

Price quotes are in US dollars per person per night and are valid until December 31st, Except (for Christmas, New Year’s, and Easter holidays ).

Excursions

All our tours are private tours or group tours.

  • For private tours, they have a private tour guide and private air-conditioned cars, and you have the convenience of starting your tours.
  • As for group tours, our groups include a maximum of 12 participants only during visits in private air-conditioned cars with private guides.

Cruise accommodation

  • For basis 2 persons in Double Room ( Occupied by 2 Persons ) For basis 2/4/6/8/10.
  • For basis 3 persons in Triple Room (Occupied by 3 Persons).
  • For basis 5 Personnes will be Double Room & Triple Room For Basis 5/7/9.

Entrance fees to specific sites

Our Tours and excursions exclude entry to particular archaeological sites such as the Tomb of Tutankhamun and Ramses in the Valley of the Kings in Luxor.
